Michael received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from Butler University where he studied Tuba and Trumpet with Daniel Corrigan and Bob Wood, respectively. For the past 35 years Michael has worked as a band director, taught private lessons, played in symphony orchestras, big bands, and has appeared on two albums, and played in New York’s Carnegie Hall. Michael’s great joy and vocational calling is to help brass players develop their talents to experience as much joy and excitement from their musical journey as possible. Whether you want to sit higher in your school band, make all-state, or go to music school and be a pro, Michael has the skill and experience to get you there!
