Lesson Fees: $29 per half hour private lesson*. Fees are to be paid in advance for the month, at the first lesson of each month in the form of cash or check. Lessons are set for an indefinite period of time, so there is no need to re-enroll each month. Simply notify us at least one week in advance if you wish to stop lessons.
*Voice Lessons with Ann Conrad are $30 per half-hour.
Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel a lesson please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid still being charged for that lesson. If advanced notice is received a reasonable attempt will be made to schedule a make-up lesson in the teacher's available times. Refunds or credits will not be given in place of a missed lesson unless the instructor must cancel a lesson.
Vacation Cancellations: You will receive one date every four months (January through April, May through August, and September through December) that can be cancelled without payment or required make-up lesson. Possible uses could be for Spring break, a Summer vacation, and Christmas break. If you need to miss more than one lesson during those periods, we ask that the lesson be made up.
Holidays: The store will be closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Make up lessons are not required if your normal lesson time falls on a day the store is closed but are encouraged to maintain good, consistent progress.
